"We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. "What an amazing Friendsgiving weekend! The house was perfect - ssooo much room & even though it was chilly outside we were still able to enjoy the lakefront! The paddleboat was extra fun to get out on the water for a bit. The kitchen was AMAZING plus the kitchen area in the basement an added bonus. Beds are super comfy. I would highly recommend this home. Communication with the Property Manager was outstanding!"

"This place was very spacious and a home feel. We were only there for a short period because we all came in for a funeral. It was very clean and very comfortable. "The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay."
