「Although this location is remote, it is still worth the price. It was very clean and quiet. They offered a basic continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a gas station next door with a hot food counter and a good selection of convenience store snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy.」

「While our comfort and experience with Townhouse 213 was closer to a 3 (and a one if you include all the perilous stairs), we have massive respect and esteem for Vickie, who was the point person. She is outstanding at her job. She was receptive to the ideas (long text lists from daughter) that we made for improving the 213 so it can shine like we know it can. We can tell the effort put in to rehabing the house. What we will say so that others can be aware of what we weren't 1)there are stairs...

「Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. 」

「This cabin was great for what my wife and I needed on our weekend visit to the New River Gorge area. Great location at the southern end of the New River Gorge National Park but even closer to Bluestone State Park and Bluestone Lake/Marina being just a few minutes from Hinton,WV. 」

「Really liked the property. There were only 2 of us but it would have been more fun with a group. Great outdoor sitting space. It was cold and lots of extra blankets around. If you forgot something it was there for you. The only negative and it is a personal preference is there are other homes around. No one bothered us, we didn’t even see anyone. I felt perfectly safe, just a preference. The hosts were great. Called me to give me some tips to get there. Very appreciated.」
