"This property is old, but it's well maintained. We asked for a quiet room and got one. It is definitely no frills. The location couldn't be better for us. We stayed 3 nights for a conference on campus and didn't have to use our car until we checked out. There are plenty of good restaurants on Walnut and Pearl streets, which we could walk to. If we had to complain, we would about the washcloths which are rough on the skin, and the shower gel which didn't lather well. We will return."

"I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!"
