「The location is good. The house is spacious a nice place. Just some thoughts for the owner to consider for the next person that stays. The heater filter definitely needs to be replaced it is dirty. The window tracks need to be cleaned out and maybe lubricated so they can open easy. All of them are hard to open due to built-up dirt.
