「Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. 」

「A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

「Really close ro Bologna Station, central Bologna 10 mins walk. Well maintained property, quiet street off main road. Modern style living, all you need for a city break in Bologna. Would stay there again? Yes we would and company who owns and services the property we wuld recommend to you 」

「We had a wonderful 7-night stay over the holidays, We selected Casa nel Paradiso based on the stellar VRBO reviews and the location and it was an absolute delight. Elena and Stefano are incredibly gracious and helpful hosts, going to far as to set up a Christmas tree that I had requested. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, and quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood minutes away from the Piazza Maggiore - but the best meal we had during our stay, by far, is just around the corner at...

「I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review, however some truth telling needs to happen on expedia. First, when I first booked it appeared that the property was only 2-3km from the city, in fact it is 5km from the city center which is revealed only after you book. We asked for a 15.00h check in and had to wait outside an apartment complex not knowing if we were even at the correct property. There was only instructions on how to use the stove top. Nil instructions for washing machine or how...

「We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location and our host Roberto gave us great tips on things to see and places to eat! We fell in love with Bologna during our stay. We definitely want to come back. Beautiful courtyard garden area was the perfect atmosphere for us. Short walk to city center. We'll be back!!!」

「Fabtastic location right next to the train station. Great communication with the Giorgi Homes / Wonderful Italy team via Whatsapp. The apartment worked perfectly for a shorter stay and the kitchen had basic equipment for cooking but no salt, pepper or oil though. 」
