Superb location in the hills of the Apennines Tuscan-Emilian

Casa Anita is a detached holiday home, spacious, bright and recently restored, with spectacular views of the valley and the village of Borgo Val di Taro. Large outdoor terraces, a barbecue and 120sqm of terrace around the infinity pool with stunning views to the valley. The house has three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living / dining room with TV and USB connection; WiFi connection available throughout the house. The house is equipped with a wood stove and central heating for the colder months; the washing machine is in the laundry room where you can also store suitcases.

The holiday that you dream of
We spent our holiday at Casa Anita in the village of Borgo Val di Taro. The host Sandra was absolutely amazing, never before had so much service. Casa Anita is a gem of stature. The whole place, the surroundings and the huge delicious pool cannot be described. We can definitely recommend the place, better does not exist.

Wij verbleven één week met onze kinderen van 4 en 6 in Casa Anita, en hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Het prachtige uitzicht, het perfect onderhouden huis, het warme welkom door Sandra en Aldo, het zwembad dat we de hele week helemaal voor onszelf hadden en de nabijheid van een charmant Italiaans stadje maakten dit voor ons de ideale vakantieplek.

Wonderful two weeks
I had a great stay in Sandra and Aldo’s place in the hills with my husband and baby. We especially loved the outside space, including the pool and the stunning views. It’s a relaxing place which is good for the soul :). We brought road bikes with us and there was some beautiful and hilly cycling. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant for our wedding anniversary and a few trips into Borgo Val di Taro for pastries and coffee, the market, shopping for local delicacies or a pizza. We enjoyed the fact that it didn’t feel touristy. Sandra was a very helpful and lovely host. Grazie, definitely recommended!

A house with a view.
Casa Anita is on a mountain slope with a wonderfull overview of the surrounding hillsides. The hosts Sandra and Aldo are very nice and relaxed. We really enjoyed being there for 14 days and had a wonderfull time. The house offers everything one could need. The pool is amazing. At night the deer come up to the house and poolside. You will have a wonderfull time at the house.

Peaceful, beautiful views, great location, very well-equipped villa.
We loved our holiday at Casa Anita. The villa is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and well laid out. The pool was perfect and the views were beautiful. We saw deer, hares and lots of different birds every day, and loved sitting on the patio sipping our coffee and watching the wildlife every morning. The local town is friendly and busy and we had some great meals out there. Sandra was a perfect host and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this lovely villa, and hope to go back some time! One piece of advice...don't follow your sat nav to get there on the first day...follow Sandra's instructions!

Fantastic House and amazing surroundings
If you are looking for a beautifull quiet location in the mountains, this is the place to go. Sandra was a wonderful and helpful host. And we hope to come back sometime. Your kids enjoyed the lovely and clean pool. The little village had the perfect size for us. It has two different supermarkets, several local restaurants and shops. Definitely not a typical turist place.

Calme, discretion, gentillesse
San Pietro est un petit village isolé dans la montagne à 10 minutes de Borgo Val di Taro. Selvolina est ce qu'on peut appelé un cocon de calme et de sérénité. Nous y avons apprécié l'attention très précieuse de Sandra qui est tellement attachée à notre confort. Une certitude, nous y envoyons nos amis !

For us Casa Anita was a perfect starting point for exploring the Ligurian and Emilia-Romagna region. A very nice, modern and tidy house with all the necessary accommodations and very friendly house owners that really make you feel at home. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in deze mooie villa op een prachtige locatie!! De eigenaars van de villa wonen erbij en zijn bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Het terras en het zwembad stellen zij beschikbaar aan de huurders van de vakantiewoning. De locatie is uniek! Een prachtig uitzicht! Wij kunnen deze mooie villa ten zeerste aanraden!!
