“Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights. ”

“Jeg hadde en lang reise med hunden. For stopp og avslapning valgte jeg Hotel Avanti i Brno. For meg var det viktig at hotellet hadde god parkering og at det var dyrevennlig. Dette var på plass. Men hotellet overgikk forventningene mine. Atmosfæren var varm, rommet var romslig og rent, med en liten terrasse. Badet var rent, ryddig, pent og enkelt innredet. Oppholdet mitt var behagelig – både hunden og jeg fikk slappet godt av i pausen på vår lange reise. Det eneste jeg synes, er at……

“The hotel is excellent and the restaurant is fantastic and the staff is just wonderful. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station it is not difficult just allot about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is so convenient to many of the sites, places of interest, and restaurants.”

“Fabulous quiet old castle. Rooms were wonderful. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The property is nice. Many very old trees. The people who work there were just really nice. Would come back here with out question ”

However, the self-service registration process could be enhanced. With the presence of staff to aid guests in check-in and escort them to their rooms will be better.”
