「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」

「This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. 」

「Ray and her team couldn't have been more helpful for our stay. She was attentive to our every need and went above and beyond for our sons birthday she decorated outside and brought him a cake! The villa itself was perfect a great size and in the best spot on the beach, it was low season hut still had plenty of food options within walking distance. 7eleven and lotus are also only a 25min walk or you can get a scooter for a great price. 「Casa Bellavista is a very large house, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a very big and very well equipped open kitchen and dining area, and a sitting area full of light that opens on the covered terrace, where there is also a large jacuzzi (good for 5-6 people!) and a small private garden. 「This resort is a gem close to the beach. It’s beautiful, very serene and has amazing staff. We absolutely loved the pool and loungers. The rooms are a perfect size and very comfortable beds. Would recommend it to anyone staying on Koh Lanta. 」
