The cost of the motel is very reasonable, so I expect an older property and some dated decor. I was shocked at the terrible customer service, this could have been free from them and made our stay lovely, instead it was terrible and we will never go again. They have a pool onsite so we asked for extra towels as all that were in the room were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth, I was met with a curt “No extra towels!” I stated we were from out of town and wanted to use the pool. I was told to use the room towels, but there are three of us in the room (they charged per person by the way) that would mean wet towels to shower and I already used the hand towel for my hair. We left for breakfast and touring the next day until lunch, but came back to the room around 11:00 to change and eat. They asked when we would leave, we sat 30 min. At exactly 30 min, two people pushed past my husband and son to change the room if we were there or not. I asked for more towels and got an even ruder No! This seems like an inexpensive resource to offer when the motel was less than 1/4 full. We left annoyed and returned to the room later, they had changed the 5 towels and made the bed, but the surfaces and room were dirty. Later, in the evening my husband asked what I had walked through as the bottom of my feet were black, so were my son’s. It was from walking on the carpet. The shower curtain was moldy and I didn’t trust the bathtub to be only stained and not dirty to wash my son. Terrible!
