「We had an amazing stay at Court House, it was very accommodating, everyone had plenty of space, beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us. We loved the fishing pier and were out on it a lot. All in all a great Thanksgiving was enjoyed by all. Thank you! 」

「We had a great weekend down at the coast. The house provided a great spot to sit outside and watch the boats pass by. 」

「LOTS of stairs. They use something to clean ceiling fans assuming that is what was all down one side of the master bed and dripped on the floor. I washed all sheets etc before laying down. A few maintenance items needed but not a big deal. Last step outside no railing so I fell only 1 time though. Outside grill was dirty. Big sign showing house for sale and host communication was poor. All else was great 」

「Our company uses this home for a yearly vacation. Love this house location. PM/owner was very helpful with our reservations. 」

「This property was great. My Family (36 people) comfortably stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. The gym, pool, smores, fishing and kayaking were highlights of the trip. The host was very responsive and the onsite hmanager (Benny) was absolutely great. Overall great stay!」

The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. Our teens used the larger room downstairs. The only con I’d say is for the smaller bunk room with the bathroom downstairs. It’s concerning as the mold smell was...
