「整体感觉不错，算是当地比较规范的星级酒店，服务设施清洁都相当不错，就是很难提早入住，客房比较紧张。LCC就在旁边，交通和买东西吃饭都很方便。最好是机场接送服务，走那天雨很大，如果自己打tutu一定全湿，还好酒店有van接送。唯一挑剔的就是客房wifi比较慢，早餐食物种类较少，只提供咖啡，红茶要问服务员才会冲一壶给你。」

「Tugawe sits on a remote location overlooking parts of Caramoan. The resort is on a lush hill, peaceful, and soo green all around. Caramoan itself is amazing. Tugawe, while it might be a little outdated and has the limits of a resort in a remote location (finicky hot water, weak toilet, etc) makes up for its service. 「The front desk was amazing, they were prompt and friendly despite my quick requests (due to an unforeseen circumstance) The hotel offers a lot of amenities, and it takes a while to get used to the floor plan, but i think it adds charm to the place. Complimentary breakfast service was also great! Overall great experience.」
