I could not get into the hotel, as I didn't have a booking number, I only have the hotels.com itinerary number, no other information had been provided to me. It says 24/7 reception, but the hotel was all closed up and I could not get inside. I arrived around 10PM, it was dark and hard to find.
It is conveniently located right next to the airport, but unfortunately it took me a long time to get in. I eventually got through to someone based elsewhere via an intercom and they also said you cannot come inside without the correct booking number (which hadn't been provided to me by Hotels.com). Eventually they gave me a code to get inside, you also need this code for your room. So if you are booking - make sure you get that code before you arrive. It is not the hotels.com itinerary number.
Otherwise all was ok once I finally got inside.
