“The house is exactly as pictured. We found it to be clean and fresh. We chose this property as it accepted our pet (dog) and had a jacuzzi, the pool was a bonus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not usable as it was leaking water and smelled to high heaven. A replacement showed up as we were leaving on our last day. “A fabulous place with the most excellent hosts we’ve ever interacted with! The house itself is completely usable and every single amenity is included: all kinds of pots, pans, differently sized plates and cups and glasses, foil and parchment paper-it lacks absolutely nothing! Add to that the historic nature of the house-so fun to stay in the old jail and to be able to see evidence of it. The patios are excellent and the creek is right out back; a couple of blocks from the front of the house……

“First of all, the lake view was stunning! The house is pretty, but we did have some issues. We did make Carrie aware that one of the cabinets in the kitchen was broken, windows were cracked, one of the knobs to the back door was really loose, and there wasn't any complimentary wine as stated on the Welcome sign. Carrie did send over a complimentary wine and sparkling grape for the kids. That was very sweet of her! She did explain what happened to the other issues as well, and we understood.……
