「Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try...

「We booked this hotel for one night to enjoy a wine festival in Zell and visit some of the local wineries. Staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious. View was incredible right on the river. Free and available parking right out front, very good continental breakfast and it was 15 minutes walk from the heart of town. We definitely will be staying here on our next visit to the region.」

「Sehr herzliche Betreiber und Personal! Ausnahmslos zuvorkommend. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem alten Fachwerkhaus mit Charme integriert. Die Halbpension ist ihrem Preis entsprechend gut und die Auswahl ist für die meisten völlig ausreichend. Der große Pluspunkt ist neben dem herzlichen Team die Lage: ein zentraler Bahn- und Bushof ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von dort aus sind viele Orte schnell und bequem erreichbar. 」
