"Stayed here before for work so had no issue booking again. We enjoyed the bar area for a social drink with friends and the buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was pretty bloody good. However, we had one issue, I booked parking and arrived to be told that there was no parking available as they were full. "Great stay in the banksia unit. We were next to the jumping pad which has quite a loud blower operating from 8am to 8pm. Kids loved it although there as an enormous amount of sand on it, could we suggest maintenance blows it off at the end of day - it get into eyes, clothes, pockets etc and we ended up with huge amounts of it in the unit. "The beds were very comfortable and the studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The studios are very pokey for two people. There is no room for two suitcases and the bathroom is quite small. Overall the studio apartments would be fine if you weren't sharing with anyone. If you are arriving in Geelong on public transport be aware that the property is about four blocks away from the station. It's a 10-15 minute walk uphill. You need to be reasonably fit to get there with a suitcase."
