Hotel Montenegro was in all respects a nice 4-star beach hotel with its own free beach with beach chairs. My wife and son and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights now in July on its new side, equipped with a partial sea view and a balcony. The room and bathroom were of high quality and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was varied, where everyone could definitely find something to eat. Right near the beach was a beach restaurant called El Gusto, where we went every afternoon for a snack. The pizzas were really good because they were baked in a wood-fired pizza oven. The pool area was comfortable sunbathing with chairs and shades, although the places around the pool were in high demand, but luckily we always found a place. You could change the towels to dry ones every day at the kiosk.
The location of the hotel on Becic beach was also good, because there was a small market a couple of hundred meters away, where you could buy everything you needed for the trip. There was a bigger road near the market, along which a bus runs every 10 minutes to Budva, right near the old town. From the same bus stop called Boreti, you can also board a bus for e.g. the Boka bay cruise, if you have purchased the cruise in advance.
There was also an entrance to an underground tunnel near the hotel, through which you could walk to the Budva side through the tip of the cape. At the other end of the beach in Becic, in the area called Rafailovici, there were good fish restaurants for dinner.
