"It was quiet and safe since it was a bit away from the city center, and it was more spacious than any other hotel I stayed at in Spain. There were two sinks and two showers, which was great. The downsides were that one of the showers only had hot water, possibly due to a malfunction, and the bathroom floor tiles looked dirty because they were quite old. Also, the towels were a bit too stiff. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price."

Thin walls - you can hear everything in the apartment next door and the street, so sound sleep is next to impossible (even with the free earplugs that they give you on arrival - that should have been an hint). 2. Temperature control: the A/C was stuck at 21 degrees Celsius, even when we tried to reduce it to 19 degrees. Again sleep was a casualty. "

"The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...

Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay. Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall.
