“First off, it would appear that the owner of the apartment matters…as our apartment was lacking greatly in many areas, while other family members stayed in a tremendously better apartment in the same complex. Our apartment in fact, despite being booked months in advance, wasn’t even ready…so we stayed in a temporary setting until the one we booked was ready.
