"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on."

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

"The suite’s location is convenient as it LRT is nearby. 7-11 and a coffee store are downstairs. HardRock Cafe KL is at near by too. Just try the impression of the suites at online a slightly different kind of description. Only stayed at lower level and no much view as thought in the description can viewing the Petronas Twin.Tower "

"Our room/suite was really clean and had all the essentials. The check in process took a while due to long queues at reception. Building/hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, modern outlook and breathtaking views from the pool."

"Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest...

"Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest and cheapest way to get around (Unless you have the Chinese president visit KL during your visit and you have road closures, but I digress.) This hotel however, has a route that gets you inside the Suria Mall without having to endure the humidity of Kuala Lumpur. The lobby is on the 39th floor of the building. Interesting experience, and you can see the iconic Twin Towers, but it does make it longer for you to go into your room, as you have to take the elevator twice. But the room is quite nice from my experience, facilities are good as well, with a nice gym. The room was kept well-maintained for the duration of my stay. The area felt safe at all times of the day, and there were many staff at the ground floor to help you get your stuff out from your Grab/transport from your airport, and if you want to order food, the ground floor seems to be the place where the drivers drop it off so you can leisurely come pick up the food. Excellent experience overall, would stay here again. "
