"I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. "

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"This was our second time staying at Willow farm. Our kids had been looking forward to coming back and sleeping in the bunks, feeding the animals and collecting eggs for their breakfast! The cabins are well kitted out plus it’s less than 10 mins to legoland. Would stay again 👍 "

"Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"

"Comfortable flat near Heathrow but quiet, in spite of being near major busy roads. 10 minute walk to train with good connections to London. Parking included and a lift. Had a little problem with the TV but it was solved quickly. Bed quite firm but comfortable. Used the kitchen daily."

Great hotel

"Very nice hotel set in wonderful grounds. Comfortable and clean with very modern facilities and bathrooms. Breakfast choices was very good and staff were very polite. The hotel is in a great location - about 15 minute walk into Weybridge town, but there are bus stops near the hotel. Uber taxi to Hampton Court Palace cost me around £16 but I could have used a 461 bus. All in all a fantastic 3 night break. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they have a policy of adding a refundable £150 contingency charge to your credit/debit card - I didn’t appreciate that as it wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel - Naughty Naughty."

Excellent Family Stay

"Me and my two daughter's had a really nice stay. We booked a room only, was upgraded on check in to a superior room. The receptionist was very lovely and gave me all of the hotel info. The room was large, clean and the bed was queen size and very comfortable. The TV had netflixs so the kids were happy. Happy children, happy life! The grounds and views lovely. Wish we had more time to walk around. Even after checking out we could use the swimming pool and spa. I forgot my daughter's swimming which was essential for her to swim. The spa's receptionist Serenity went over and beyond with trying to help. She tried looking for a spare hat in the lost property without any success. Then she checked the laundry room and found us acouple of shower caps. Towels were provided for us too. Thank you so much Serenity for your efforts this made our stay just the best and made our stay extra special for both me and the girls. The only disappointing factor for me was the price of the breakfast. A bit too pricey for me so we had mcdonald's which was 5 mins down the road in the car. The hotel is in need of a refresh and tired in some parts but the staff make up for this. We would stay here again! "

"Front desk staff was amazing Philipino heritage lady (sorry can’t remember her name) really went above and beyond- really good place to stay. If you are ok with kids staying at your hotel- there were many around at the time but they didn’t affect the quality of my stay "

Always consistently good

"The hotel is located a short walk from Baz city Center. All you need to do is follow Basing View to get to festival place. The hotel is very quiet inside, even though it’s next to a railway which I’ve never heard from my room. I like the fact that all the rooms have window windows that can be slightly opened so you can get some fresh air in the room. The air-conditioning works very effectively and you seem to get an air conditioning unit in the room which you set your individual temperature requirements. The staff are very friendly check-in that you can quite easily do it yourself. If you stay at this hotel Friday and arrive after 5 PM there is no requirement for you to pay for parking which is a bonus. The food served from the bar is very reasonable for the quality and taste however, I recommend you take the food to your room to avoid the tray delivery charge (this is the hotel charging you to deliver the food you just ordered) You will also find a Starbucks on site which is quite handy for your morning requirements of coffee and they do a very good Oatmeal. This car park is quite large, but sections of it are regularly closed off, and it can sometimes be hard to find a space, especially if you check in later because it has the Villahe Gym - so it’s full of all the people going to the gym. There are no designated hotel guest parking spaces."
