「Good location to Warwick uni 10 min. Nice hotel, spa and breakfast. The room was right at the back facing road and very noisy. No other rooms available away from road. No ac in any of the rooms had to ask for fan. 」

「Nice room. Front desk staff were great. Hotel is beautiful and the setting is idyllic. Parking was easy and convenient. Great place to stay if they could improve on some things. No coffee maker, only instant coffee. Housekeeping to need improvement. First night towels removed but not replaced. Combo shower tub would not drain when showering. Complained twice with no luck. Final night no tea or instant coffee replacement so we had to run to the front desk for a couple of coffee packets. We...

「位置偏僻但如果是度假的定位是可以接受的這間飯店裝潢很有風格房間舒適度應可以很高但因清潔沒做好（前一晚有慶祝婚禮我們的房間有一間有很重的狗臭味另一間則是衛浴有臭味）我個人覺得滿意但住不同房間的同行友人卻覺得清潔沒做好而留下壞印象」

Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. 「We were met by very pleasant young man who explained everything very well. The food was very good and reasonable price. Rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the continental breakfast choice, is one of the best i have ever seen - so much choice. Serving staff were very customer focused and Laura particularly was very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of car parking. would most certainly stay here again in the future. Well done to what appears...
