「Full kitchen made the multi-day stay easy after a quick shop at the nearby grocery store. Super clean, great shower, pool was uncrowded and nice. Staff was helpful by registering our two local grandsons so they could swim in the pool. Great air conditioning also. Fresh, modern, and very clean. Expensive, but this is peak season in Newport RI. 」

「A nice cozy couples spot. Clean and tidy. You will get more for your money then staying at a hotel. Decent view of the harbour. We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. They were very welcoming and not overbearing either.」

「My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!」

As it is right on the Main Street it was a little noisy in the morning but to be expected. The host was responsive and accommodating.
