「The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great. 」

「We kwamen midden in de nacht aan en werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. We voelden ons meteen welkom. We hadden een hele mooie en ruime kamer. Alles was schoon, mooi en comfortabel. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt omdat we na een lange vlucht wilden slapen. Toen we wakker werden hebben ze speciaal voor ons lekker eten klaargemaakt waar we van genoten. 「Nice, convenient for the airport and government offices like passport office」

「Accueil : pas un mot d'anglais. Chambre : vetuste au possible, decoration gorrible, papier déchiré, fenetre qui ne ferme pas du tout, on entend de maniere insupportable la route en double voies tres frequentee. Fenêtres par lesquelles on ne voit pas tellement elles sont sales. Lit : correct. Pas de serviettes ni de papier toilette. Jai du demander a changer 3 fois de chambre pour en avoir une avec une fenêtre qui ferme à peu pres. Lamentable pour un prix qui n'est pas des moins chers. Honteux....

「Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member .」
