"I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, but got a studio instead, because “we were only 2 people”. The TV didn’t work. The guy who met us at the spot was extremely grumpy and not friendly at all. Apartment condition was ok. "

Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "No laundry facilities although mentioned. No parking as well. Air condition is good although one of them was dripping. Shower door need fixing. Beds are comfortable. Elevator can fit 4 persons without luggage. Good location. No microwave oven or any kind of oven"

"Enjoyed my stay. Was able to walk to beach, restaurants and even walked to Old Nesebar. Not so close to the beach strip, which was nice as it was quiet and felt safe even late at night."

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"Bathroom was blocked and even though we reported that problem this was never fixed. Spiderwebs was covered with curtains installed, obvious signs of rarely cleaning. Room wasn’t clean regularly."

"Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay. "

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
