「This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!」

「Room was small, shower water was with low pressure, excellent, friendly, accommodating staff. Owner was very friendly, accommodating and ready to help.」

「Overall, it was nice and all of us enjoyed the whole duration of our stay. I can say that I may recommend it to our friends. Though I have just one concern. The owner, is quite strange regarding our booking schedule payment. They are charging us in cash while we already paid it in full using the credit card. That's the only thing it seems weird to me. Other than that, we're fine though. Thanks!」
