「I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday....

「Perfect from start to finish, I can't fault the Riad at all. Pierre was on hand via WhatsApp at all times to help with anything from tourism tips to taxis and Mohammed and Fatima were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Everyone else was just as good we just didn't catch their names. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was supeeb too.」

「Perfect location to access shops, restaurants and sites in marrakech. Staff were friendly, attentive and the property boasted some beautiful charm, well decorated and we would surely stay again. The only complaint we had were that one member of staff communicated poorly and wasn’t very helpful - perhaps due to language barrier. But other than that no other complaints. 」

「When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family. Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful. Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely. Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. Also many thanks to Omar was always friendly and attentive. A wonderful location… so handy!! Overall; a great place to stay! 」

「I had a wonderful stay at Riad Touda! The riad's authentic charm, tranquil atmosphere, and beautifully decorated interiors truly exceeded my expectations. 「I’d like to recommend Riad Samsli Hotel Marrakesh because we had such an amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite, especially we were so lucky to meet Sofyian, such a wonderful person, as soon as we checked in the hotel, he gave us every assistance we needed. 「Only in town for one night but it was a great night! A beautiful, tastefully decorated Riad in a location that’s easy to get to popular spots. The fixtures are gorgeous, water was hot, and the room temp was perfect. The best part about the Riad is the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! 」

「I stayed there with my family- 2 rooms and they were a nice size; the spa and hamman were very nice and the staff couldn’t have been nicer-so all in all a good choice. I personally did not care for the breakfast and while it is a very good location for being near but not in the souk cars cannot come or drop you right at your door so a woman alone or anyone with a walking problem might not be comfortable there 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. LHussain is a great host, very helpful and caring. We had all information required for our stay plus our welcome Morroco tea with special tasty dessert. The place was very clean and authentic if you are looking for a great original high standards Riad then this is the place for you. It is a walking distance from most of what the centre of Marrakech offers. It has a lovely terrace where we had our delicious breakfast & spent some of our evening there too....
