"We liked seeing the key deer and the grass mat out front was soft on the feet. We arrived after the office closed and discovered the hot water was not turned on when we arrived so we had to figure out how to turn on with a switch. My brother-in-law figured this out. The water would go from cool to warm off and on during showers. Not sure why."

"We really enjoyed pur stay at SkipJack. Rooms are super clean. Bar & grill onsite has excellent food. The extra amenities (courts, bikes, beach chairs) could use an update, but overall a veey nice stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, the beautiful view, the prime location for great places to eat and things to do, the short drive to Key West and Bahia Honda. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy and all was as described. Susan was quick in responding to any questions we had. We will stay here again, I’m sure. "

"Beautiful place, thank you for everything. The six of us fit comfortably in this Florida Keys getaway with the best sunrises around. *note* As we were driving out of the keys there was a major fire along the only highway out, Highway 1. The fire consumed over 26,000 acres of land and closed the highway down. The owner of this property not only told us that we could return for the night but she waved the fee. What an astounding gesture,! This is exactly the kind of business owner I would always...

"Everything in the listing was completely accurate. Halfway point in the Keys. The home was very clean. Air Conditioning was spot on. We used the pool/hottub a lot. Surprised how much we used the hot tub as almost every day it was clear and hot. Although it didn’t bother us, the home is located in the direct path of a variety of planes jets and helicopters landing at Airport nearby. Noise was quite loud and may scare some dogs. Our Morkie had no issues. Definitely would rent property...
