「The property and staff were very nice. The houseboat was set up very nice with everything someone could want for a short trip. It is walkable to Publix and sombrero beach (2 miles one way). One downside is you do hear the roosters and the air-conditioning through the thin walls. You are pretty close to your neighboring boats on the deck facing the water. There is ample air conditioning units (3) to keep the unit cool, however likely not a lot of insulation which may be something to consider if...

「Quaint little (actually spacious) cottage on waterfront. Easy access and enough off the beaten path where your solitude isnt interrupted. Gorgeous sunrise view. It was nice to have in-house washer/dryer. My only suggestion would be to add an outlet plug with USB ports. Bang for buck it was well worth it!」

「We had a wonderful stay. 4 adults and 2 kids stayed. There was plenty of space and things to do at the house and around the island. Enjoyed an evening at Kiki’s restaurant. It is walking distance to the house. The kids enjoyed fishing, and playing frisbee and soccer in the yard. The house was clean, the view is priceless, and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!」

「Stayed here for a few nights during a multi stop trip to Florida. The location is perfect for accessing the best of the lower keys. We brought our kayaks and launched right from the property for a great paddle. Easy drive to Bahia Honda for some beach time and more paddling. Also a great jumping off location for spending a nice long day in Key West. Beautiful sunrise from this property as well. Would stay again. 」

「Property was amazing! Very clean, plenty of amenities, and an excellent location for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hair dryer, etc. Pool area was nice and appeared to be heated. We did not use the pool, but dipped our toes. Dock is right out the back door. Canal was under repair during our stay.We had a great time and would highly recommend.」
