「We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! 」

「We had a lovely time and the cottage was in a perfect spot. A walk around the corner to the beach and flowers left by the owner. It’s a quaint little place that comes with the usual things. Such as a low door way and winding staircase which you do get used to. The garden really was lovely to sit in and private too.」

「On the 3rd floor but not too many steps. The ourside doesn't do the inside justice. It was very clean, modern, comfortably furnished, perfect size and so very well equipped with crockery, glasses etc. Plus you could watch steam trains from window! Location good too. Easy walk into town. Private parking. Highly recommend. 」

「This cottage is really cute, comfortable and perfectly located in the village of Horning. It's very near a nice pub, but no noise could be heard from the pub. The cottage is very well equipped and the wifi works perfectly! The Smart TV was also very appreciated. The village is really charming, has everything you need and it's great fun watching the boats on the beautiful river Bure. The little village shop, a cafe, a Chinese take away, restaurants and three pubs are all within walking...

「The house is exactly as described so suited our group well. Local area actually has some great places to visit - Langham Glass in Fakenham , the North Norfolk Railway not to mention the Thursford Collection virtually next door ! We divided our time between the garden and trips out (the seal watching was fabulous) . Good local restaurants too. Overall a really pleasing stay.」

「Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm」

「Perfect venue for my needs. Was very busy .. they had a couple of weddings there the day I stayed I think, so was a bit noisy until beyond midnight, but room was comfort had everything I needed. The place is a bit of a warren but that’s more about its age and character. Great breakfast.」
