When my friend lost her QR code for a locker with her luggage at a separate location- the staff found it and scanned it and messaged it to us!!! They are life savers. I loved it there "

"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like staying in a business hotel in city, not a relaxing resort type."
