「This is a wonderful property convenient to everything. Mathieu is the best host we have ever had, making reservations and recommendations, delivering a fantastic breakfast daily, arranging for laundry service and assisting with the car park. Communications were excellent and timely utilizing What App. The room was a sizable suite and had everything we needed with kitchen facilities if desired. We would definitely stay again.」

「Cocooning is a gem. It’s located in a beautiful old building, but everything is up to date. Michele, our host did a fantastic job in making us feel at home, and welcome. She gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable 」

「if you care about the car parking, you don;t have to stay here as there is a free parking lot outside the "wall" where you can reach within 20 mins.」

「This is a great place for anyone to stay but especially if you are coming from the U.S. The owner, Jean Yves and his partner lived in Los Angeles for several years. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I was also greeted by their friendly dog. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and I especially enjoyed the fresh croissant and fruit. What's not to love about this place? 」

「Our host was welcoming, the house was very easy to get to from both town and an easy bus ride from the TGV station ( no 10 bus ) Quiet location and lovely breakfast. Overall excellent value.」

「Appartement au premier étage d'une maison située dans un quartier calme, à environ 1.5 km du centre historique d'Avignon. De beaux espaces pour les chambres et le salon / SAM. Literies correctes. Quelques petites améliorations à apporter pour que cette location soit vraiment au top (nous en avons fait part à l'hôte). Si nous revenons en Avignon nous reprendrons cette location. Hôte particulièrement courtois et réactif .」

「The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.」

「飯店很簡陋而且不清潔，我們一家四人住宿毛巾只給2條，去櫃檯要態度不好說放在櫃子裡！我們上樓翻遍了也沒有。飯店走廊還因為省電沒人走動會整條黑掉，所以一開門黑淒淒孩子去隔壁找外公外婆都覺得很可怕。我不會推薦人來住這間飯店。」

糟糕的住宿

"非常沒有人性的階梯，使用大件行李非常不方便。沒有任何的協助，雖然地點不錯，但是進入大廳前許多階梯！停車場高度太低，van無法進入，必須停在1.6km遠的停車場，非常非常不方便！早餐非常簡單，乏善可陳。這是住過最差的4星級飯店"

超爛的住宿體驗，沒有房間空調的四星級旅館

"這次真的糟糕到爆炸。整個旅館房間的空調都不能用。房間內熱到不行，打電話給櫃檯得知唯一方式就是開窗通風。真的傻眼，我即使開窗那間房間外面也沒什麼風。這四星級酒店提供這樣的住宿體驗，也不會給予補償，我強烈不推薦大家來住這一間旅館。"

位置优越

"酒店就坐落在市政厅广场，几步路就到教皇宫，位置十分优越。前台先给了一间看小街道的房间，后来应要求给调换到了看广场的房间，这种房间景观好但在清晨将会受到清扫车的吵扰。房间设施一般，早餐要到旁边的酒店去吃。酒店总体不错的。"
