Wonderful cottage

It’s a great updated little cottage within the historic district; walking distance to the historic square and San Gabriel Park. It’s great to stay somewhere that has a kitchen and laundry, items for baby, rather than two hotel rooms. We definitely will stay again.

Perfect location

We went to visit family. This house was the perfect location!!! We walked to the square in the morning to the cafes which are all amazing. The house is located in the perfect location for a quiet stay but still close enough to Austin you don't feel out in the middle of nowhere.

University Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and just the right size for my 2 adult sons and me. We liked walking the neighborhood and the nearby River hiking trails. We were also pleased that the cottage is located close to the Georgetown square.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. It is within short walking distance of the Georgetown square and the San Gabriel river trail. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed seeing the holiday lights on the square and in some of the neighborhoods.
