Discover this fantastic completely renovated 1940s Pendleton King cottage smart home with modern upgrades. This amazing home is favorably located minutes away from Augusta National (4 miles), Augusta's Medical District (2.5 miles), Georgia Cyber Center (4 miles), Fort Gordon (8 miles), and many more. Come relax in this beautiful living room or lay back in the theater style electric leather recliners while watching a movie/sporting event. Pet friendly with a non-refundable $100 fee. 2 pet limit.

This home has plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 large common areas to relax or watch TV, and plenty of dining space. Updated stylish furnishings.

- Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
- Please strip the beds of all the linens and place them on the floor prior to checking out.

Pet Policy
- A $100 one-time non-refundable pet fee is requires.
- Please pick up after your pets including front and fenced back yard.
- All pets are required to be leashed if walking in the neighborhood or Pendleton King Park. A dog park is available within the park.
- Guests need to report any damage to the property immediately.

Our family stayed in this home and it was perfect for accommodating our needs. We had to extend our stay and the host was very understanding of our situation.The home was cute, very nice and clean and it comes fully furnished with cookware and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed grilling on the grill outside. Our pets were happy in this house too. I would definitely stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay. This is definitely worth every bit. And the park is only a block from the house.

I've stayed in many places since 11/23-but Eddie has hands down the best rental! This house is the most complete in any category you can imagine. It was the nicest. It had amenities galore (starting with music playing in the entire house as I walked in). Kitchen was fully stocked (including bottled water in the fridge and an overflowing goody bowl left for guests). Alexa will help with lights. Nice screened porch with a mini table/chairs great for morning coffee. TV in living room and a HUGE one in the den with adjustable couch. TV's have streaming along with YouTube TV so you can watch live. Main bedroom had TV and comfy bed. Furniture throughout is beautiful, stylish. Eddie is responsive and great to deal with. Great stay all around!

Our son graduated from boot camp in SC and was going to Fort Gordon, GA. We needed a place where we could enjoy family time, cook meals, but still spread out. The owners were amazing in communicating from the beginning of the booking process throughout our stay. The lights were on, music was playing and water was in the fridge upon our arrival. The movie room was lovely as all the streaming services were available! Thanks for a lovely and clean house. Our family appreciated it.

Understanding and Generous Host
We rented this home the day before we needed to come and we rented it for 5 nights Our daughter was being induced on Tuesday and we did not know how long we would need it. Eddie was amazing to us the entire time. I made a mistake with our payment and he was understanding and communicated well throughout getting our pet fee paid. We ended up not needing the 5th night and he updated our rental and refunded a nights stay. We felt like this way above and beyond what he needed to do but we’re so grateful for his kindness. We have already recommended Eddie and his properties to other family members who will be coming to see the new baby.

My family and I were looking for a house to buy and checking out the areas this was the perfect place to stay. The property was clean they had a fenced in yard that was nice because we had our three dogs with us. The fridge was stocked with water they had snacks on the counter. The neighborhood was quite.
