First off, the agent at check in, Diamond, was terribly rude! No greetings, no eye contact, no smiles, kept looking at the customer she helped before us, who's now talking to maybe the manager. We didn't get to stay at Nobu suites, despite me making reservations specifically for that. When we checked in at 9pm, they only have 1Nobu suite and the 2nd room at Ocean. We were sooooo disappointed. Finally they put us all in Ocean suites. They said it's a free upgrade but we pay for the other upgrade! Why do we have to pay when they made the mistake?? We were too tired and accepted that. We thanked Diamond, and she finally smiled!
