Worth every penny. I was extremely surprised at the level of luxury of this hotel based on the price. It has all the amenities and more of a luxury hotel. Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The bed was super comfortable and everything was extremely clean. If I return to Atlanta I will definitely stay at this place again.

Enjoyed everything. Only complaint would be parking garage. It really looked like ot was falling apart. You could see concrete crumbling and rebar showing.

Wonderfully updated interior and they’re working on the fixing up the grounds. Great suites and a variety of foods for the breakfast. Really appreciated that parking was in a garage, not a lot.

The two ladies at the front desk Ms. Amber and Ms. Pauline was so accommodating and helpful, friendly, spoke to all the guest with respect. The airline lost our luggage and they was telling us the closest places to the hotel to get things that we needed. They held the bag once it was found and delivered. 5star hotel and 5star host.

The gentleman that checked us in barely said a word to us. We had to ask where the elevator was. When we got to the room, there was only one towel. I went back downstairs to request another and asked where the nearest convenience store was. The gentleman at the desk never looked up but said "down the street." Breakfast was missing half the items, they were refilled 10 minutes before the breakfast area closed. Their was dirt in the bathtub corners. Other than that the room was clean ablnd the bed was clean.

Our stay was awesome 👏 and we enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so beautiful, clean and welcoming, check in was a pleasure Adrian was so courteous, respectful, friendly and professional.will stay here every time with my eyes closed.

Our new go to Hotel in ATL
We had a nice evening in ATL. The hotel is located in an area that makes it easy to get to the interstate but not super populated. It has went under renovation recently and is going to be really nice once completed. Our suite was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets soft. I have paid a lot more for less in Atlanta.

Front desk employee is extremely rude!
The hotel itself was very nice and clean and breakfast was awesome! Only bad experience was the front desk employee Amber. As we walked in she was fussing with the guests in front of us and then when we got to the desk she gave us a hard time about one of guests not being able to use his card for incidentals unless we added his name to the reservation and then told us we not going to be able to add it but we just called hilton and they were beyond happy to do it. She had a very bad attitude and is not nice at all. They are gonna have alot of bad reviews on account of her and the way she treats the guests. It's like she is mad at the world and doesn't know why. This hotel will not be our first choice in the future due to Amber working there. They really need to get rid of her. She is the first impression of the hotel when guests arrive and she is a bad one with an extremely bad attitude. and she had this smirk on her face like she was getting pleasure out of us not being able to check in after we've driven over 2 hours. She was so negative. At any hotel anyone guest can add their card for incidentals if they're present and hotels are different so we had no problem doing it but she was taunting saying we won't be able to do it and it's like she was getting pleasure out of all of this. She is not a good look for that hotel. Hopefully they can do something with her.
