The person at the front desk was the worst an most uncaring hotel clerk I ever encountered. After not finding the booking Expedia made for me she did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, even though I showed her my Expedia email with the date, info and money paid. She said the only could make me pay for a new reservation. So I had to yell at her, which I hate to do, and demand she contact the manager to fix the situation...which she did and came back and gave me the room. So after 8 hours driving, this clerk made me and my handicapped wife wait a half an hour to check in, with our take out now cold...and only because I yelled at her did it get done. Some people do not belong in positions of service. Also, the pool was shut down, and the room was as dark as a dungeon. 2 big thumbs down on this property and Hampton Inn
