「This cottage was perfect for 2 people. It also has space for an additional 2 people (children?) in the loft upstairs but there is only one bathroom. The house itself is very small, but it has everything you need. The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave and a small oven/stove. We rode the Hiwassee Loop on the train and this place met all our needs for an overnight stay. It would also be a great place to stay for a rafting trip on the Ocoee.」

「We only stayed one night, but wish we'd had a few more! The property and wagon were spotless, including the bathroom/shower area. We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!」

「My son met me in Benton for 2 days of fishing. The location was great, about a 3 hour trip for each of us. Wednesday was a successful day out as we both caught about 7 trout. The lodging worked well and we both commented that I was more comfortable than being in a hotel. 」
