Pros:
Great location; you can walk to almost everything.
The room was nice, clean, and quiet, with a fairly nice view.
Cons:
Outside the room, there were several areas that could be improved upon:
The elevator is about 1/3 the size of a normal elevator, with room for only 2 people and 2 suitcases.
The elevator took too long, so my wife and I ended up using the stairs for our entire stay.
There is no lobby; instead, there’s just an office at the end of a corridor.
I felt bad for the receptionist (who was wonderful and kind), but she seemed overwhelmed.
The exit door to the stairs on our floor was broken. We couldn’t open it, which posed a huge fire egress hazard. Facilities had to tape the door latch so that it would not lock (anyone could still get onto the floor after that).
Other observations:
The rooftop bar is very nice, although it may not be the nicest bar we visited. Still, it’s a pleasant spot within the hotel and has friendly staff.
