「This is a large property. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were amazing and everything was fresh and clean. Although the owner is on sight, we had complete privacy. 「Cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. Check in was a breeze and they had a very generous check in check out time which I appreciated. 「Very nice place for a single or a couple. Very close to Crumpin Fox golf course and Inn. Only one minor issue, there's a set of windows facing the bed with no window treatments so you'll wake up from the sunlight unless you bring a mask for sleeping. I would definitely stay there again.」

「This pearl of an oasis is on Pearly Pond with a breath-taking view of Mount Watchusett. Nestled in a quiet cove, it is still close to local amenities, trails and restaurants. The cabin has everything a person could image to bring on vacation such as nice cookware, beach towels, and games. The home boasts a lovely screened in porch and a beautiful dock with canoe and kayak. We highly recommend this cabin. Gary and Linda are consumate hosts!!」

「Near Brattleboro and great restaurants and shopping, but remote for privacy and scenic views. The cottage was quite clean and had everything we needed. Got a bit lost when we were close, and the hosts actually drove out to where we were to help us find it. Comfy bed (we only used one bedroom), well-stocked pantry. Overall wonderful experience. 」

「Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!」

「I enjoyed my stay at Lakefront Orange. Crystal the host greeted me when I arrived. She was very accommodating and friendly. The place itself was ready and clean. Although I had no trouble, just be aware that there are a few steep stairs to navigate to get from the driveway to the entrance. There is a railing and it is well lit. 「Our room was spacious and clean. All employees were very friendly. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback for our stay was the walls were thin. Our neighbors stayed up to the wee hours with their TV on. We were wakened in the very early hours with someone in a fit of coughing. Otherwise the hotel was great and I would stay there again.」
