「The bedroom situation is interesting. They are all open to another room, aren't private and lack shades so light just pours in. If you have trouble sleeping if it's not dark it's difficult and I used a sleep mask. The bedrooms open to the living room so nobody can stay up watching TV unless that sound doesn't affect you. The rest of the house is well appointed and decorated nicely. It's just the sleep situation which may not bother some.」

「The home and stay was good. My issue is I paid for the reservation and after reservation the host charged more on top of what I already paid for a higher cleaning fee. I was left with the choice of either paying more AFTER reservation or cancel with only 50% refund. That's very misleading and that's why my ratings are the way they are.」

TVs in every bedroom, plus in the living room, ensured that everyone had a place to retreat to when they needed down time away from others. 「We enjoyed the two evenings staying at this listing. It was perfect for the two of us and a great location close to our daughter. The fam upstairs was a great touch as it was pretty warm last weekend. We didn’t use many of thar extra amenities cut it was nice to have that option if we wanted to. Love the chickens!」

「We enjoyed the house as a whole but the kitchen is small and was difficult to handle more than one person at a time for food preparation etc. We really appreciated the extra large full bathroom and laundry right off the kitchen. The beds were comfortable but ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been helpful for air flow. The lower level area is excellent with a huge bedroom and spacious living area for watching TV and visiting. The game equipment was a bonus! 」
