「Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La location è stupenda, a due passi dal mare, la spiaggia sottostante inoltre è curata da loro, anche essa pulita. Torneremo sicuramente, se non in questa in altre strutture della catena. Organizzazione ottima!!!!! 😍😍」

「Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. Am Essen hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Fünf Sterne plus ⭐️」

「Der Chef unfreundlich, grüßt die Gäste nicht und streitet laut mit dem Personal. Die Kellner*innen etwas angespannt und mäßig freundlich. Das Badezimmer eine Frechheit mit Schimmel und kaum Wasserdruck. In der Nacht im Hotel und drumherum VIEL ZU LAUT - keine Erholung möglich...! Die Klimaanlage super, das Essen ebenfalls, trotzdem würden wir nicht mehr buchen!」

「My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. I understand this is a business but our flights being cancelled on the day we were due to fly...

「Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating. 」

Wir hatten glücklicherweise nur Frühstück gebucht, denn das Abendessen welches als a la carte angeboten wurde, hat uns nicht überzeugt. Die Portionen waren sehr klein und nicht schmackhaft aus unserer Perspektive. Wir haben die typische griechische Küche vermisst. Die Zimmer haben nur etwas seltsam gerochen, was aber durch die tägliche Reinigung weniger bemerkt wurde bzw. dadurch überdeckt...

「Very good hotel,rooms are a good size with decent balcony not overlooking the pool which makes it nice and quiet. The food was enjoyable and decent quality. Friendly and helpful staff especially reception and bar staff and rooms cleaned every day. Overall very good place for a relaxing holiday. 」

「Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again.」
