Llegue el dia de mi reserva despues de un viaje de 18 horas para que me atiendan diciendome que no sabian nada y que estaba cerrado. La dueña no estaba pero me habian confirmado la reserva. PESIMA COMUNICACION」

「THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early...

「The host is very friendly and can speak some English. Room is clean and has basic things, such as a table, two chairs, cloth hangers, etc. The only thing we felt uncomfortable was the hot water in the shower. It was kind of chilly when showing in the late night. However, the water temperature is hot enough in the morning.」

「No nos indicó los servicios que tiene el hotel, no sabemos donde se queda la piscina, ni restaurante. Queríamos un city bus tour pero solo nos dijo el precio, sin saber nada detalle. y el bus tour fue desagradable. 」

「The service is excellent. The location is great, between downtown and Yanahuara. The staff kept it very clean and the food was great.」
