"We arrived early and the room was not ready yet, then the front office staff was friendly to introduce us the Santa Clause Village. It takes around 10 mins walk from the hotel to the Village - It’s really close to it! The room is clean and eco-friendly! Please ensure you bring your teeth brush or other amenities! Lucky us, we were able to see the aurora night from the hotel - it was not strong but it’s a good start for us in Finland! Breakfast and dinner is included and they are good tho!"

"We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!"

"Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM. When we checked in, the hotel did not inform us about this event at all. And the front desk phone line is always busy when we tried to call multiple times. The next morning when we complained in person at the desk, the reception person just shrugged it off and gave us a free breakfast as compensation. "
