Perfect Accommodation, very well situated in Arcachon

We received a very warm welcome and were allowed to spend a week in a very modern, clean and very well-equipped apartment. The location is very good, the beach on the doorstep, the harbor and the city center just a very short walk away, as well as the good boulangerie, which can be reached in two minutes on foot.

Clean apartment, good location but small.

Nicole was very friendly and the apartment was clean, wel equipped. Also the location is very good. However, it is very small and with no real possibility to sit outside. Anyway, very nice for one or two people for a (long) weekend but not really suitable for a family. Also, one of my selected criteria was a swimming pool (common SP would be fine). There is none. Not a big problem with the beach nearby but it should not be mentioned as an availability.

L'appartement est situĆ© dans une rĆ©sidence haut-standing avec un accĆØs sur la plage d'Eyrac trĆØs pratique pour une belle marche par "les planches" jusqu'au centre ville et le marchĆ© quotidien. DĆ©corĆ© avec beaucoup de goĆ»t, les matĆ©riaux et matĆ©riels sont de qualitĆ©, rien ne manque (linge de maison/toilette et de literie avec lit fait Ć  l'arrivĆ©e, peignoirs de bain, produits mĆ©nager et culinaires de base ainsi que capsules Nespresso). Une place de parking sĆ©curisĆ©e et 2 vĆ©los Ć  disposition.L'appartement est phoniquement bien isolĆ©, propre, et tout Ć  fait conforme au descriptif. Nicole et Jacques sont des propriĆ©taires accueillants, rĆ©actifs, arrangeants et soucieux du confort qu'ils mettent Ć  disposition. Merci Ć  eux et sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons.
