「Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). 「This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second.」

「This large house could be a nice accommodation of a large group but it is poorly maintained and not cleaned at all. Dishwasher and fans are not working at all and there are fleas around the house probably because of the poor cleaning. The location is good and the beaches around are really nice.」

「It was so good last year, we came back! Really appreciate the convenience of this beautiful home. The pool and garden area is a serene retreat to unwind and relax or have a family reunion! Interior is perfectly appointed with everything you need from ping pong to pool, and kitchen is well equipped including Nespresso machine and frother. Washer and Dryer were certainly a bonus! Our family loves staying here -Thank you so much again for a fabulous vacation!」

「This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...
