「We were there less than 24 hours on a college tour road trip, but we appreciated the proximity to UGA and the ease of getting around the area. There was plenty of room for the four of us and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed all of the Georgia memorabilia, even though I bleed Purple and Gold! Geaux Tigers!」

「The stay was great. The location was amazing as it is literally across the street from campus and right by the restaurants and bars downtown. I was worried that it might be loud at night but it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay again. It’s a little pricey but worth it for such a close, convenient location. 」

「We stayed here for almost a week while my daughter attended a camp at UGA. The owners communicated throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any of our questions. 「We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities because we kept busy with graduation activities on campus, but the inside definitely met our needs. Mark and Regina have taken care to think of everything you might need on your stay away from home. They are friendly hosts who are responsive thru the entire process. It was an easy drive on to campus and downtown. Highly recommend for your family's place to stay in Athens!」

「The room was nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space to move around. There was a nice breakfast the two mornings we were there, with eggs and sausage along with all the other usual choices for a continental breakfast. We had just one issue with our room which was the little refridgerator that was in the room. It was not working properly, being in a continous defrost mode, the water dripping down from the little freezer area and overflowing out onto the carpeted floor which was already wet...
