「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「While we were a little surprised at the ruggedness of the trail to the beach, everything else was wonderful. John was friendly, responsive to our requests, a very gracious host. Lots of little amenities to make our stay easy. 」

「The hotel is on the edge of the city center and only 2 blocks from the ocean. You would have to walk about 20 minutes for a small beach or drive 20 for a nicer beach. 「We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!」

「We had a wonderful stay here and loved it. The house is in the mountains (about 20 min drive to the north coast). We enjoyed the perfect silence when having a rest in front of the house (amazing view, refreshing pool). The service is absolutely superb - whenever you need something there is an immediate reaction.
