"It is nice apartment complex. I am comfortable during the two days stay. The only register and communication with the property agent is really bad. The agent doesn’t care to explain how to register at the iPad at the door in order to get the code. It take almost an hour or two to figure it out "

"Pictures lie lie lie, 5 of us cant stay in small room as pictures lie to me. We had to rent a hotel esle where on the same day. We email and ask for refund but nothing or anyone care. We left the same day we check in and didnt even stay more then one hour. Refund now."

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

"Arrived for our stay after a long flight, looking forward to some rest. It was late Friday night and cold outside. Sleeplab never communicated how to access room and when we arrived, we had to look up phone numbers to call. Fortunately my wife is Japanese and can speak Japanese. All the phone numbers listed, no one answered. We ended up somehow contacting someone whom set up the website for this place and referred us to another number…but ultimately was never able to reach anyone whom could help...
