Danish family with twins age 18, travelling off season.Nice and neat appartment with the most central placement you can imagine - close to shops, restaurants, the lake and river.Parking close by where you can book for 3 or 5 days and drive in and out as you please. There is also charching for electric cars. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Remark the one of the bedrooms is open to the living room, but it worked fine.We went there in March and the heating was good.As written in the description, the stairs to the 4th floor is fine, but not suitable for people with disabilities.Stephanie et Jean-Pierre has been very friendly and easy to communicate with in English. The check in procedure and the manual has been smooth and easy.We highly recommend the flat to other adults or families with children that are not too small.

Located in the heart of the old town. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms. Great for a family. Only drawback is the 4 flight of stairs. But it keeps you in great shape while dining in wonderful restaurants.

Great Location/Great Apartment

My wife and I stayed with our 2 boys. Visiting from the USA. The apartment is very nice and was just as described. It is located in old Annecy and is walkable to the train station. Literally in the heart of all the best restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Très bel appartement plein centre

Appartement parfaitement équipé, décoré avec style, dans un bel immeuble ancien typique. Attention cependant à ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, l'appartement est situé en haut de terrasses et il est difficile d'avoir le noir complet au vu des multiples fenêtres et lucarnes qui font le charme de cet appartement. En plein été les ventilateurs à disposition sont aussi insuffisants pour éviter la chaleur, et le bruit et la lumière rendent difficiles le fait de dormir avec des fenêtres ouvertes. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs et nous ont permis de prendre l'appartement un peu plus tôt que prévu, merci beaucoup.

Great location with everything we needed

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants downstairs, good location on the edge of the old town, parking very close and convenient and a supermarket around the corner.The apartment was very clean and instructions for arrival and our stay were clear and well communicated.It's worth noting that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. That's the price of being in the centre of things, and we knew that when we booked. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.We'd definitely recommend the apartment, as long as you're happy to get a bit of exercise.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the beautiful old city, close to great restaurants, and bakeries. It’s an easy walk to the lake/swimming which the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend renting a bike for a ride around the whole lake and discovering other swimming spots.

Great apartment for a group or family!

This was our family’s first time using VRBO and it was such a positive experience. Our hosts were so communicative and helpful before the stay. We had all the information needed to get into the apartment with ease.The location is fantastic. It was an easy 7 minute walk from the train station, and the apartment is in the heart of the action in Annecy. One of the main attractions here is biking the lake. The apartment was a 7-8 minute walk to Cyclable which is a bike rental place directly across from the lake and the bike path. Many of the restaurants we ate at were on Rue Sainte-Claire which was a 5-7 minute walk. Perfect location all around. The apartment itself is a delight! You can tell it was freshly and thoughtfully renovated. It is the top floor of an apartment building on Rue de Pacquier. Lots of restaurants below and a gelateria. There’s a well-stocked kitchen, lovely living room, toilet and showerr (great water pressure!) and main bedroom on the first floor. Our 9 yr old slept in the smaller bedroom on the second floor and our 12 and 13 yr old girls slept in the second floor queen (two singles pushed together) in the 2nd floor loft area. Everyone was happy and had the room they needed.We stayed in mid-June and it hit 90 degrees while we were there. There is no AC, but we spent the whole day outside and only came back to sleep. With the windows open, skylights open, and fans for all of us, we were fine.

Un logement superbe avec de belles prestations.Très bien équipé.La communication avec la propriétaire est parfaite.Idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique, il est parfait pour visiter Annecy.Je recommande à 100%Il faut préciser qu'il est au 4ème étage (88 marches) pour les personnes limiter physiquement.
