「The management made special arrangements for us to get into our room because we arrived late. The room was spacious and very clean. The area was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay here again.」

「This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. The house is big and 2 rooms with 4 beds and good for family. Outside have some kids playground and small lake. So relax and quiet place. 」

「With the first room given, one side of the window curtains half way hanging down and did not work. We changed to another room, then we found out the socket plugs are obviously loose in wall, we did not touch it at all. Not a good experience when you went into a room like this.」

The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「The beds were very comfortable and the studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The studios are very pokey for two people. There is no room for two suitcases and the bathroom is quite small. Overall the studio apartments would be fine if you weren't sharing with anyone. If you are arriving in Geelong on public transport be aware that the property is about four blocks away from the station. It's a 10-15 minute walk uphill. You need to be reasonably fit to get there with a suitcase.」

bad experience

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first.
