Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. The check in was smooth with Maurio meeting us late at night due to a slow drive in from Rome. He organized a local driver and pizzeria dinner for us immediately. We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed.
